This match is a Director of Business Development role at a POS software company that enables small businesses to manage their sales, collect payment information and track supply chain. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading and participating in the screening, identification, preliminary evaluation and recommendation process of new business partnership opportunities, both inbound and outbound
  • Continue to improve on strategic partnerships in order to optimize lead generation and revenue
  • Help form strategic corporate plans and create new business/ sustain current business using as a result of those plans
  • Use Salesforce to track progress and identify any sales funnel/pipeline issues
  • Participating in industry events/conferences to promote company products and platform, as necessary
  • Assisting in the review of financial analysis, P&Ls, diligence and drafting and/or review of legal documents for potential new business initiatives
  • Communicate and be POC for strategic partners
  • Developing, evaluating, and prioritizing new ways to grow the business through partnerships that drive significant new customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue
  • Facilitate development of marketing collateral related to public announcements of partnerships
  • Facilitate internal training regarding closed business development partnerships
