What we’re looking for: Sales Development Representative

Many amazing teams have experienced the value of Calendly firsthand, and have organically grown into 100+ seat accounts. Now, we’re seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help us take the next big step: actively sourcing and acquiring additional large-scale clients.

Our ideal candidate  must have outstanding communication skills and be eager to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities This will include:

  • Ongoing research and prospecting to identify target accounts and key players
  • Daily cold-calling and emailing to generate interest and develop accounts to create sales opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Scheduling product demos
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in our CRM
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to develop and strengthen pipeline

Who we’re looking for: the person

You’re an amazing fit if you:

  • 1-2 years proven sales development experience at a SaaS or technology company
  • Are a self starter with exceptional communication and follow up skills
  • Thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Are hungry and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a rapidly growing product and company
  • Are comfortable experimenting and quickly switching gears
  • Understand the value of daily planning, setting goals and achieving success
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to self-direct
