JOB SUMMARY

Joining AWAL’s growing Client Management team, the Client Manager will develop and nurture client relationships, supporting the client onboarding process and co-ordination of releases as well as identifying marketing and promotional opportunities. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with experience in managing expectations and conflicting priorities as you will be interfacing with internal departments to provide the highest level of distribution and creative services to our artist and label clients.

This is a rewarding role and would be ideal for someone from a digital aggregator, label distributor or record label environment who is professional and client focussed with excellent communication skills.

WHAT DOES A CLIENT MANAGER AT AWAL DO?

  • Responsible for the development, overview and support of AWAL client roster including on-boarding and release co-ordination
  • Setting up release metadata in accordance with various DSP specifications
  • Identifying marketing and promotional opportunities across client releases and catalogues
  • Supporting clients using our tools and portal as well as guiding on best practices

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with experience of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Awareness of the current music industry & latest trends
  • Detail oriented as well as strong organisational & time management skills
  • Basic understanding of the digital supply chain
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, forward thinking and creative attitude

SPECIFICS

  • Based near Waterloo, London. SE1 8QH
  • Hours 9.30am - 6pm
  • Salary dependent on experience
