What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

I am spearheading the creation of App Annie Academy from the ground up.  This new initiative helps our customers gain greater value from App Annie and accelerates their success by providing them with relevant, effective education on our products and industry.  Customers can benefit from a full range of educational experiences, including self-service learning, in-person classrooms, special events, and more.

 

How will you be doing this?

  • Develop and execute a global customer education strategy that will accelerate and scale learning of App Annie’s products and industry
  • Build and lead a team that is responsible for curriculum design; training content creation, delivery, and operations; certification programs; educational events; and learning tools and infrastructure
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of customer education initiatives in order to determine ROI and shape future plans and priorities
  • Partner effectively with other departments and regions to develop, promote, and sell the App Annie Academy offerings

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • 7+ years experience in customer education, training, customer success, and/or support at enterprise software and/or analytics companies
  • Customer-centric, passionate about helping customers learn and succeed
  • Initiative, adaptability, and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; experience in building programs from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage a successful team of direct reports, as well as to unite and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
