Senior Product Manager, Programmatic & RTB

About the Role:

AdRoll is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for our Real-Time Bidding platform that sits at the core of AdRoll’s products and technology. This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role that will be responsible for leading the R&D and rollout of new products, features, and technology solutions to keep AdRoll positioned as the most high-performing programmatic platform in the market. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity that will enable you to work on groundbreaking engineering and ad tech problems at massive scale with a passionate and highly-talented team and industry leading supply partners.


  • Be the product owner, internal expert, and champion for AdRoll’s real-time bidding platform and products
  • Rollout new real-time bidding ad products and formats by working with our real-time bidding engineers and supply partners to deliver innovative solutions to challenging marketing and technology problems at internet scale
  • Partner with our Supply team and external partners to stay at the forefront of programmatic trends and spearhead AdRoll’s position in the industry with groundbreaking RTB technology
  • Build a vision for your product areas, chart your roadmap, and set measurable quarterly goals to track team execution
  • Gather input and consensus from business and engineering stakeholders across the company and at the executive level, while ensuring that your vision is aligned with that of the company at large
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers, data scientists, and go-to-market specialists to bring your product ideas and innovative new technology solutions to life
  • Regularly meet with customers to discover actionable product insights and champion the voice of your customer across the organization
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to launch products to hundreds of sales reps across a growing advertiser base of over 25,000 customers across the globe


  • A BS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 2-3+ years product management experience
  • Experience in or knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape
  • Prior ad-tech / online advertising experience (product management or related)
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally across teams and departments
  • Loves talking to customers
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • A roll up your sleeves attitude
  • A great sense of humor

  • Experience working with machine learning systems and/or data science teams
  • MS or MBA in related technical or business field
  • Knowledge of key programmatic industry topics like header bidding, yield optimization, and publisher ad stacks
