At Udacity, our students come first. We are building a global network of mentors who help provide students with learning support as they enter new stages of their careers. In this position, you will play an active role in managing operations for a team that intersects product, engineering and student services. You will handle sensitive situations and solving challenging student and mentor concerns. You will be working on a team to scale the global mentor community while continuing to improve the quality of our service offerings. You will help organize training, provide strategic direction to optimize operations, analyze payment structures and create helpful career resources for the community. You will also play an integral part in fostering a strong, supportive community amongst our mentors through group and one-on-one interactions.
