DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the revenue generating teams within the company including the customer support team
Work with other executives across the company and relay important metrics and data
Make decisions that will have an impact on how the business runs and the bottom line
Create, lead, and implement sales strategy for all the software product lines that the company has to offer
Work with both the marketing and sales team to maximize revenue and keep goals consistent
Train directors and other high level team members
Manage a team by hiring, conducting performance reviews, coaching and giving feedback
Create and improve processes that generate revenue and grow the company
Work with senior leaders to provide customer driven feedback and direction to build products that meet customer needs.
Create sales metrics and numbers that will be shared to decision makers across the organization
