(SE) Account Executive - Event Software

This match is for a Sales Executive position with an Event Marketing Startup. At its core, they customize online invitation, ticketing and guest registration platform being used all over the world by big brands like Facebook, Twitter, Time Inc., Bentley, Conde Nast, Walmart, BET, and more.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing clients throughout the entire client lifecycle including onboarding and training new clients as well as providing technical support to existing clients across all product lines.
  • Responsible for managing between 35-50 accounts at a time and ensuring repeat business.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment when advising clients on how to best use the software for their event(s).
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  • Coordinate between creative, technical, and events teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Edit and slice creative assets in Photoshop
  • Providing proactive support and service
