LeanBox seeks a business to business sales professional/subject matter expert to develop new and existing relationships with health insurers, benefits brokers, & wellness consultants throughout New England.
This role requires an active network with relationships at Massachusetts, Rhode Island, & New Hampshire health insurers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Tufts, and additional insurers. Ideal candidates will have active relationships at New England benefits brokers and wellness consultants. This position will drive new client growth by working directly with employers to leverage existing and new wellness and underwriting budgets to subsidize the employer-cost of LeanBox service.
This is a key position in a growing culture, with the potential to lead an expanded sales channel team.
Generate new partnerships by outreach to prospective health insurance related channel partners.
Represent LeanBox in human resources, employee benefits, health insurance, and similar trade groups.
Develop and market incentive programs to encourage channel partner employees to recommend and implement LeanBox at client companies.
Manage and grow existing channel relationships.
Communicate effectively with internal teams team to develop proposals, use cases, and other sales support tools.
Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and influencers.
Proactively network to identify new business opportunities.
Share best practices and manage internal training to educate sales team on channel partner opportunities.
Function as internal subject matter expert on health insurance market
