As a Usabilla Customer Success Manager, you are the proud frontline of our company. With top-notch communication and effortless sales skills, you’ll use your serious product knowledge to offer innovative strategies and solutions personalized to fit each client.
A typical day for you will involve:
Onboarding customers and supporting their launch of Usabilla products through in-depth training sessions
Using your natural affinity with sales to drive each client to retain and renew their contract with us
Working on an outbound basis to manage your own set of clients, learning every detail about their needs and motivations
Collaborating with these clients to formulate creative uses of our tool, ensuring they both love our products and achieve their individual ROI goals
Liaising with other teams to share client feedback plus your own expert product knowledge
Keeping customers in the loop about our software, handling inquiries, and tackling any complaints or problems
