We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive, based in our brand new offices in Dundas Street, Edinburgh. 

 

Position Title: Business Development Executive (UK)

Reports to: Sales Manager
Office Hours: Monday ­ Friday 9am ­ 5pm

Travel: Required to travel throughout the UK 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generating revenue developed from client portfolio.
  • Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
  • Managing clients and ensuring they receive regular updates, support and advice to deliver their needs.
  • Working with other departments in the company to deliver the best possible product and service for our customers alongside our marketing team.
  • Prospecting for potential new clients and turning this into increased business.
  • Identifying potential clients and the decision makers within the client organisation.
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients.
  • Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.
  • Planning approaches and pitches. Working with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Reporting and recording activity via salesforce.
