Gecko Labs was established in 2012 by Matthew Lanham with the vision of improving the way companies managed enquiries generated from all corners of their digital marketing, it was a problem that he had experienced first hand whilst running a digital agency, and something that existing solutions were not addressing.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, based in our brand new offices in Dundas Street, Edinburgh. 

 

Position Title: Sales Manager (UK)

Reports to: Sales Director
Office Hours: Monday ­ Friday 9am ­ 5pm

Travel: Required to travel throughout the UK 

 

Responsibilities

  • Being an ambassador of Gecko Labs and representing the company at all times in the best possible way.
  • All UK revenue.
  • Management, motivation and inspiring of the UK sales team through strong and directive leadership.
  • Direct management, performance development and accountability of two Business
  • Development Executives and one Account Manager.
  • Developing a strong pipeline of business for the company and managing clients through this pipeline using SPIN and MANCT to progress opportunities.
  • Implementing price increases accordingly and monitoring average selling prices to ensure that we get the best possible yield from our products.
  • Assisting, where required, to win business as well as developing your own profile of clients.
  • Reporting KPI’s weekly to the Sales Director whilst reviewing these performance metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensuring continuous development of the sales team and succession planning in line with growth expectation and staff turnover.
  • Working with other departments in the company to deliver the best possible product and service for our customers.
