About the role:

 

We're looking for a Marketing Generalist with a strong marketing background to grow the Online Ordering business. You will be responsible for generating demand for Zomato Online Ordering by planning and executing different online and offline marketing campaigns across India.

 

The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, and be able to focus on what matters with rapidly changing priorities. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. An understanding of, and passion for, technology is highly desired.

 

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns with different stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
  • Create marketing content for multiple channels to reach relevant target segments to drive demand
  • Find new avenues to generate demand through unconventional marketing techniques
  • Develop, execute, and analyze creative test plans for different marketing channels and iterate through these to achieve the best possible performance
  • Synthesize, analyze and report marketing campaign metrics
  • Use hard data and metrics to prioritize marketing spend per channel and market
  • Make decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
