About the role:

As Head – Facilities and Administration you will be the ultimate organiser, making sure that the workplace meets the needs of employees by managing all of the required services. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization. You need to make ensure that the organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.


Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Handling end to end facilities and cafeteria management
  • Workspace planning – leasing offices PAN India
  • Managing overall transport for the company
  • Managing the housekeeping & security of PAN India offices
  • Procurement and reporting of office supplies and services used on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinating with various teams and departments regarding logistics and finances
  • Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating & executing AMCs for maintenance of infrastructure and procurement of office equipment’s at lowest cost
  • Budgeting and cost control measures; monitoring budget vis-a-vis variance
  • Processes, documentation, business control checks and audits
  • Ensure adherence to company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs)
