Associate Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively search for prospective clients and generate sales lead.
  • Be a part of extensive field sales.
  • Understand clients’ delivery requirements and advise on the benefits of outsourcing deliveries to Grofers.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, and troubleshooting.

What we require:

  • 0-2 years of field sales experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of how to operate a laptop/PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
  • High ethical standards
