SimilarWeb is seeking to build on our great success to date in the Japanese market and continue our global expansion by developing our Operations. We are looking for experienced professionals with a drive to succeed who want to be a key part of the growth of the next great Tech Unicorn.
With over 200 clients to manage our operation requires a keen logistical mind to ensure the systems from the CRM, support and billing are optimised acting as the lynchpin for all Japan operations for SimilarWeb, liaising with our Japanese partner, sales operations, support, finance and sales.
This role requires strategic thinking as a key goal is the Optimisation of the business unit based on performance data. The SOPBD Manager will own the forecast for SimilarWeb’s Japanese business and be expected to devise/ recommend tactical initiatives to improve it.
In their capacity as a Business Development Manager and due to their experience working in the Japanese language and business culture the SOPBD will be tasked with building out our relationships with major Agencies and Market Intelligence consultancies.
