About the opportunity

This is a 6 month fixed-term Maternity Leave contract, with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the whole finance team (of 8), the sales team and the admin team in the Philippines.  You will be the 'go to' person for the finance team and will enjoy the fast pace, variety and appreciation you will receive.


  • Printing invoices
  • Mail outs (both postage and email)
  • Sales processing - high volume
  • Setting up customer accounts
  • Allocating payments to customer accounts
  • Processing credit card payments/manage payments
  • Processing refunds
  • Complete unprocessed sign ups and ensure all weekly sales are processed
  • Resolve open cases and correct subscription errors
  • Check emails for ad-hoc sales team requests, refunds etc
  • Review leads not converted into an account

Skills and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast data entry/typing speed
  • Team player who meets deadlines
  • Experienced in high volume sales processing
  • Sales Force experience desirable
  • 2-5 years working in a similar role
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft office products
