 What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to get an in-depth understanding of their hiring needs
  • Source and build a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Traditional channels are available, but the expectation is that you bring creativity and fresh ideas to the team
  • Evaluate new sourcing tools and techniques and sharing with the team


Skills You'll Need to Have

  • 1 to 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.  Technical sourcing is a big plus.
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques, including deep web searches, Social Media,  networking, relationship building, and cold calling.
