Data Analyst

About the Role:

The Data Analyst is responsible for managing the supplier master and contract administration within WeWork’s enterprise system. This role will also be assisting in product development and key metrics reporting, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of the users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Add/modify new suppliers in the Masterfile, as well as executing the process for vetting new vendors. 
  • Manage the process and documentation for facilitating the supplier add process and any reporting that is required for metrics, audits, etc.
  • Responsible for the administration of new and amended contracts.  This includes administrating contracts through the workflow system to obtain the necessary approvals and signatures. 
  • Administer contracts into the enterprise financial system.  This role is also a key component in providing input to the development of the contract workflow and systems. 
  • Providing reporting for contract based spending, contract expirations, etc.

Product Development: Provide support for the development of financial systems and tools

  • Requirement definitions– Work with users to define detailed requirements for new development and draft change requirements documents
  • Prioritization– Provide input on the prioritization of new requirements
  • Point of Contact– Point of contact for the development teams for questions, additional requirements, etc
  • Development management– Work with the developers/IT Team to confirm whether development is meeting agreed upon dates
  • Testing– Define cases for the testing of new development, update the regression test case suite, and organize team resources to execute testing
  • Metrics Reporting: Provide data and/or reporting for metrics reporting


  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Experience or interest in Product Development
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience with Workday enterprise financial and/or Agiloft contract manager system a plus
