Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our CSMs to drive value to our customers at every step of the customer lifecycle
  • Serve as the project coordinator during customer on-boardings and facilitate internal initiatives across teams
  • Provide operational support within Client Services
  • Serve as the additional point of contact for customers and first line of defense for escalations
  • Execute on tactical measures that improve user adoption of Talkdesk
  • Work with Talkdesk’s most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed
  • Understand why customers use Talkdesk and how they can derive more value from the product
  • Provide feedback to the product team concerning customers’ requests for product enhancements

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships
  • Highly driven self-starter who runs towards opportunities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong business acumen
