Position Overview: Director of Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a self-proclaimed sales & marketing superstar to be our first hire. You will be challenged to create and execute our sales strategy to propel revenue growth while enjoying a relaxed startup culture and uncapped commissions.


In a nutshell, you will be in charge of all aspects of sales from strategy development to lead generation and closing deals. To support this, you will also be responsible for creation and dissemination of all marketing content.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve growth.
  • Meet monthly revenue and qualified lead targets.
  • Generate and manage a client pipeline including all inbound and outbound prospecting and communications.
  • Conduct market research to refine our target customer base and value proposition.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Establish and maintain inside and outside sales relationships with clients, industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotion activities.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities to make recommendations to executive team.
