About Our Role
We need you to help grow our business and our customers’ businesses. Assist existing OpenTable Clients in building their businesses through more revenue and more efficient use of the many OpenTable services. You’ll make outbound calls, track and report your daily activity, follow up on supplied leads, and maintain the accuracy of our customer relations database. We want you to identify additional opportunities and to complete other duties as they are assigned by the Inside Sales Manager who will also give you monthly sales objectives to meet. Enjoy the variety of this hybrid inside/outside sales role that has you in the office some days and in the field other days. You’ll manage your own pipeline – it’s almost like having your own business. Oh, and you’re almost guaranteed to have fun while you do all of this.
To be successful in this position you need a solid set of experiences and accomplishments. These include a proven record of successful sales and we’ll ask you to demonstrate that you can make more than 45 outbound calls in a day. Of course, you must be driven by results, have a passion to excel, and have excellent skills in organization and time management. We need you to be self-motivated and perform well under pressure from aggressive goals and deadlines in our entrepreneurial, start-up environment. But you’re not a sales shark; we need you to sell our OpenTable services as a consultant to our existing customer base.
Bring your sense of humor, your team talents and your mad sales skills. Most of all bring your ability to help restaurants grow and succeed. That’s where the satisfaction comes from. You’ll be selling services that actually work and you can be proud of what you do.
This is a full time, exempt position that can be based in San Francisco at our corporate office. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite is necessary and you have to provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States. Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance required.
