As a recruiter at Qlik you will help different departments to find talented professionals for Qlik’s growing business focusing on our Sales Function.  You will source, screen, interview, select and enable the business to hire highly effective, qualified candidates that best fit the needs of the position and believe in Qlik’s core values. Competency-based interviewing and other assessment tools will help you to evaluate candidate’s competencies and cultural compatibility to Qlik.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage full life cycle recruitment process with a focus on Sales positions; including but not limited to, sourcing, screening, reference checking, and presenting jobs offers
  • Work closely with the hiring managers on hiring needs and definitions of candidate requirements
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies, promote company and career opportunities and attend networking events, career days, and job fairs 
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Supervise hiring processes to ensure adherence to all internal and external compliance requirements
  • Continually identifying and cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, building key relationships to further drive excellence within the Recruitment process


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8+ years in-house or agency recruitment experience in the US market (Sales recruiting experience required)
  • A proven track record of managing multiple and varied vacancies ideally with a Technology Market bias, giving you a good understanding and experience of recruiting into these environments
  • Experience and interest in putting together resourcing strategies and plans, helping hiring managers with building robust job descriptions and compelling adverts
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • An excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • A university degree within HR or other appropriate discipline
