Sales Manager, Mid-Market Sales, Indonesia - Singapore

As our sales manager in our Singapore Office, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business around the world, you’ll work with a fantastic international team, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, evaluate, onboard and support mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies
  • Extensive connections and presence in Indonesia
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to deal with clients from Indonesia
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals
  • Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues
  • Develop client relationships at all levels, from CMO to Brand Managers
  • Work closely with our technical team to launch campaigns
  • Closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game
  • Analyze data and use it to effectively generate business

Requirements 

  • Excellent phone based sales experience required and proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field
  • Comprehensive sales cycle experience from discovery to prospecting to sign-on
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Must have good understanding of business and culture of APAC.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • BA/BS degree, Master/MBA degree is a plus, with at least 3 years working experience. Digital advertising related industry background is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English (minimum TOEIC 800+)

About the Mid-Market Sales team

The Mid Market Sales Channel is critical to the growth of Criteo. This team is primarily a phone based sales channel where outbound calling and e-mail prospection are the primary methods for contacting clients and driving new business. Criteo is actively looking for further great dynamic talents to join its advertiser sales department to drive the acquisition of new business and develop the existing ones.
