In order to support the company through its significant growth and to enhance and nurture the company reputation – we are seeking for a talented, enthusiastic Sales Manager. 


The role:


An important part of the Criteo business you will be targeting and working with the largest online commerce destinations. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be key in differentiating the Criteo proposition in the online advertising ecosystem, You leverage your entrepreneurial skills to educate and persuade new and existing customers to pick Criteo’s market leading products and testing new innovative technologies from Criteo Labs. This will require very strong influencing and relationship-building skills at a senior level, market leading client service and insight. Leading a mixed functional team you will have a firm grasp of sales, operations and account management. 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Reach and exceed sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with direct advertisers
  • Develop relationships at all levels from marketing exec to board director
  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
  • Hit quarterly revenue target


Requirements:
 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Online Sales and Digital Marketing
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Strong track record of driving new business
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person in an organization
  • Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service
  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo and personalized retargeted advertising can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to an agency
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
  • Knowledge of competing products a plus
  • Desire to succeed
  • A good level of English is required, French is a plus
