Hiring a senior business development professional with deep RTB knowledge and industry experience.  The individual will be in charge of Criteo’s most strategic partnerships with the largest players in the industry, as well as the internet.  In this position, you are fully accountable for the partnership globally and will be supported by Technical Account Management and Data Analytics assigned to your book of business. Main scope of the role is building strong relationships with executives to succeed in crafting unique and strategic partnership terms.


Criteo is well known as one of the savviest and largest RTB buyers.  As such, this role is a highly visible and impactful position within Ad Tech.  Recognized internally as a key position that truly has a global footprint as a key revenue stakeholder.  Ideal for commercial facing individuals experienced working in cross functional teams.  Experience advocating product needs and driving data proven initiatives.  Looking for dynamic individuals with successful commercial history that thrive in an innovative, global company.


What will you be doing?

  • Directly responsible and accountable for managing hundreds of millions of dollars in ad spend
  • Commercial point of contact globally for the partner including building regional relationships with senior commercial leads
  • Build account plan and forecast quarterly/annual spend/revenue targets
  • Lead cross team projects to unlock new opportunities and optimize existing opportunities


What do we NEED?

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Client facing with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment (both Sales and Technical)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Must be hard working, team oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and an exceptional leader
  • Organized, methodical and accurate
  • Strong online advertising industry knowledge mandatory, in particular RTB
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics – CPM, CPC and CPA. RTB buying is a very analytical activity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals: commercially-oriented, with strong negotiation skills
