You will be working directly with advertiser campaigns from contract to implementation, along with optimizing email campaigns for both Criteo and Inventory partners.  We are very excited to be in North America as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized email and display re-targeting solutions!    You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and up-selling post sale optimizations with our Mid-Market client partners. This position will be responsible for analyzing an assortment of metrics for all ads served, communicating issues/concerns internally to all cross-functional partners involved and being the client’s “Go-To” person for any questions. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help grow and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.    What will you be doing?Successfully manage re-targeting email campaigns and relationships with Mid-Market clients in the US.Analyzing data and pulling together reports to be shared with clients while communicating optimization recommendations to increase performance for the clientMonitoring email marketing campaign metrics and ensure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue…).Responsible for coordinating new client integrations, basic reporting, trackers and insightsCreating email creative briefs and working with Creative and Technical teams to build the emailsManaging daily / monthly budgets, optimize campaigns What do we need?3-5 years of proven experience working in performance marketing with a strong preference for managing email campaigns.Proficient knowledge and experience in email, display, performance marketing (re-targeting), and full-funnel account strategy initiatives.Must be PASSIONATE about performance marketing, enjoys thinking outside the box, and absolutely love’s driving results for their clients!Proven experience in managing and growing clients in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue driven environment.Fluent experience building and delivering performance results and executing strategic quarterly business reviews.Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident to own and execute projects from integration to launch.Experience working with e-commerce such as Retail, Travel, and Financial clients a plus. Must love working collaboratively across multiple teams. Criteo, the global leader in scalable personalized retargeting solutions, is growing their U.S. Operation and looking for aggressive and motivated professionals with varying levels of experience to be an integral part of our continued success. For more information, please visit  http://www.criteo.com. Find us on LinkedIn.*Criteo is an equal opportunity employer. *LI-TF1
