 Pandora Media is looking for a Technical Lead for the Ad Operations Team who will focus on end user system support.  The Technical Lead works primarily in support of Pandora’s proprietary order management system, and directly interfaces with internal software developers and client services teams in local and remote offices.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Client Services to research problems and errors to coordinate resolution of issues with ad systems
  • Coordinate with Business Analyst team to communicate enhancements and fixes to the proprietary order management system
  • Identify and report bugs across all Pandora platforms (web, mobile, and consumer devices)
  • Troubleshoot delivery and technical issues to ensure revenue recognition.
  • Assist Client Services in solving problems related to system issues, targeting, creative implementation, and third-party tracking
  • Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand
  • Support Engineering, Product and Go to Market teams with the technical implementation of new advertising product offerings
  • Manage and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in online advertising
  • Extensive working knowledge of advertising sales and operations workflow and infrastructure
  • Expertise with DoubleClick’s DFP and Salesforce desired
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML. Strong JavaScript skills will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong experience working in Excel and Internet technologies required
  • Comfort and experience with a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
  • Must love music!
