Design Programs Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Help oversee programs and communications for new hires, from pre-onboarding to training and development
  • Manage the team’s social programs in European offices: after-work activities, team lunches, etc.
  • Manage external events that Spotify Design participates in, ranging in size from intimate community meetups to large-scale conferences.

  • Manage internal events such as offsites and team All Hands meetings
  • Help oversee and maintain the team rhythm  (track and plan for meetings, events and company-wide happenings.)
  • Help reach the larger Design community by keeping our social channels and design website up to date with interesting and relevant content

  • Track and maintain the health of the design team Act as the go-to person for all design team members in our European offices

  • Provide occasional support to Design leadership on various projects

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years experience in an operations-driven role, such as office management, recruiting or event management
  • You are experienced in working in a fast paced dynamic and international environment
  • You are effective at building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and do it with integrity.
  • You love project management, thrive when you get to coordinate events and projects and have examples of times you have done this successfully in the past.

  • You are humble, proactive and have a “get things done” attitude
  • Provide occasional support to Design leadership on various projects
