Head of Product Management - Advertiser Solutions

The Head of Product Management for Advertiser Solutions will report to the Chief Product Officer and will work closely with our Engineering, Sales and Product Marketing Organizations to bring great solutions to market.

You will be the driving force in identifying the market opportunity and setting the vision for our Advertiser Solutions.  A hands-on leader, you will work closely with and guide the team to translate the vision into product, validate it with customers, partner with designers and engineers to build it, and collaborate with our commercial teams to make it successful.

You will have strong experience across digital advertising, Real Time Bidding (RTB), planning and or buying tools, exceptional analytical skills and are a strong team leader with a passion to develop people.  A driven product leader, you will have a good understanding of ad technology, associated metrics and the market, a bias to action to make an impact and a strong desire to help shape the rapidly changing digital advertising media landscape.

You will be resourceful and strategic with an operational understanding how to make your solutions successful.  You will lead cross-functional matrix teams, combining product, technical and market knowledge with commercial insight to build great products.   Your curiosity, attention to detail, passion about customer experience and focus on helping our partners grow their businesses are hallmarks of your approach.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Advertiser Solutions from vision to performance of operational and financial KPIs;
  • Proactively identify opportunities and drive performance improvement in the market via product capabilities, positioning, packaging and promotion.
  • Drive ideation, design and specification and partner with the engineering team to design and build great products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of business, engineering, customer support, finance and legal to launch new products and features, develop new business cases and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Be the voice of the customer and market into the business. Drive feedback and insight into the business to improve usage, experience and to guide our roadmap;
  • Be the expert, thought leader and advocate on advertiser solutions, closely monitoring  emerging marketplace trends and translating into strategy and performance enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management or product design experience
  • 5+ years ad-tech experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Passion for leading, mentoring and developing team members
  • Comfort in fast-moving environments, challenging the status quo and rolling-up sleeves to make things happen
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work with a diverse international team;
  • Experience with B2B products and platforms is strongly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and/or master’s degree is preferred<span
