We’re looking for a passionate and efficiency-driven IT Support Engineer who can innovate, sustain, and build scalable projects. We are a group of passionate engineers whose bread and butter is learning new technologies and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment - we’re looking for partners in crime who feel the same.

Bird’s eye view of the role:

  • Be a builder: you’ll be responsible for building, configuring and deploying end-user laptops and VoIP Phones.
  • Be a collaborator: you’ll be expected to forge deep bonds across all teams and truly understand the needs of your customers.
  • Be a coordinator: we have critical global meetings where you will be responsible for setting up video conferencing. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to aid with seamless on/off-boarding of end-users.
  • Be a troubleshooter: you’ll work alongside your team to resolve IT issues and requests, troubleshoot TCP/IP utilities for Mac OS X and Windows, as well as manage productivity software installed on end-user laptops and mobile devices.
  • Be proactive: you’ll be provisioning access to printers, shared files, and other corporate services, as well as authoring concise and succinct DIY technical documentation for end-users constantly on the go.

Our ideal teammate:

  • has 1+ years’ experience in providing exceptional IT customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • is adept in PC and OS X software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • has great customer service, communication skills, and plenty of patience.
  • is willing to work during off hours.
  • is able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Brownie points for:

  • cloud computing experience.
  • interest in Open Source software and Programming/Scripting languages.
