The Integrated Project Manager is responsible for the launch coordination of integrated campaigns across marketing channels and international markets. Coordinating internal resources, agencies and market managers, this position is responsible for organizing agency and/or channel participation, managing timelines and deliverables.  Managing and updating project plans

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in defining project including the gathering creative requirements
  • Maintain project plan to monitor and track progress while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope
  • Coordinate with brand and creative traffic teams to ensure the prioritization of internal resources
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the project
  • Lead weekly meetings, keeping minutes and reporting back to stakeholders the status of work
  • Work across teams to measure and track success of projects, as defined in brief

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications or business; or an Associates Degree and 2 years of project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong use of organizational collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Jive)
  • Self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization
  • Ability to prioritize varying demands, set deadlines, and multitask as needed
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
  • Previous exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives and an understanding of advertising tactics is preferred
