  • Complete ownership of paid search programs from planning through launch, into day-to-day management, and optimization toward client KPIs
  • Grow deep client relationships built on trust, strong communication skills, and proactive account management
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business objectives and audience in order to identify optimization opportunities
  • Oversee reporting for operational maintenance (e.g. budget trackers) and for client delivery, including reports that flow into greater media reports
  • Assume an active thought leadership role within the organization, providing overarching strategic support and training
  • Take part in new business research and pitches
  • Strengthen and streamline existing processes into best practices which can be shared across the programmatic team
  • Maintain close relationships with technology partners and publisher representatives
  • Coordinate efforts with other media teams to ensure strategies and objectives align
  • Learn and manage programmatic efforts



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Ability to run search campaigns with little to no supervision
  • Experience with third-party search platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo, and DoubleClick Search
  • Experience trafficking URLs with ad servers (DCM, Sizmek) and analytics suites (Google Analytics, Adobe, Web Trends, etc.)
  • Experience managing at least 1 person
  • Experience with display and social campaigns, such as GDN and Facebook, a plus.  Any work with DSP partners such as the Trade Desk, Turn, or MediaMath would also be beneficial.
