The Unified Communications Manager provides audio video strategy and implementation for Okta and its workplace environments.
This position will be responsible for advancing unified communication strategies that align with defined workplace strategies to grow Okta physical environments around the world. He/She will be responsible for the implementation of video conferencing and all hands technologies, developing guidelines at scale, working closely with Okta’s IT team to support All Hands productions and supporting environments following implementation. The role is also responsible for working with the IT team, to ensure systems support employee connectivity allowing them to work whenever and however they want.
The ideal candidate for this position is experienced with overseeing the work of technical staff, is process oriented, has demonstrated experience implementing a wide variety of platforms and is a champion of the transformation of Okta’s communication services.
