The role is part of the Security Operations Team, and is responsible for providing analysis and support in evolving the organisation’s security program and posture. Reporting to the Head of Information Security Operations, the role involves assisting in the development of procedures, policies and controls supporting security and privacy best practices in the operation of a global cloud-hosted enterprise SaaS solution. Also required, are fulfilment of ongoing security assessments for both internal and external customers, including penetration tests, risk assessments and audit responsibilities. Input into internal product development processes with respect to security and privacy requirements would also be expected. An awareness and understanding of global security threats along with capability in evaluation and implementation of relevant mitigation solutions, including communication and security awareness strategies would also be part of the role.
