WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to develop qualified marketing leads into confirmed sales meetings over the phone and provide a warm hand off to sales. 

To get this done, you’ll need both the target lists provided by our top-notch marketing team as well as your own ability to prospect.  This isn’t simply a cold calling role – there is a tremendous amount of skill involved.

Once you’ve identified your prospects, you’re ready to show them what you’ve got.  You’ll need to know your audience and demonstrate the value of our product.  This is your chance to get Qstream in the door.  You are the front line. 

From your unique vantage point, you’ll be the eyes and ears for the sales and marketing team.  Your feedback will be critical for the improvement of ongoing programs as well as the development of future strategies.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Our BDRs are good.  Really good.

They aren’t selling widgets (no offense to the widget sellers of the world).   They are representing a powerful SaaS solution that combines the best of today’s cutting-edge cloud, mobile, analytics and game technologies to Fortune 1000 companies.

They are able to quickly convey confidence and expertise to engage senior leaders within an organization.  They are continuously thinking of new ways to approach prospects and catch their attention.  It takes a determined and resourceful individual to be able to break through the noise and be heard.  But they do it with great success every day.

We don’t expect them to go it alone.  We equip our BDRs with all the latest tools and technology (LinkedIn Premium, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Power Dialer and a slick laptop).
