The Sales Operations & Strategy Manager will have a chance to evolve and shape key processes in the sales organization. This position will work directly under the CEO to support sales leaders and sales teams with timely analysis and insight, develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets, define goals and forecasts, evaluate sales performance, and enable the sales team as necessary to achieve their goals.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines. The Sales Operations Manager must have superb analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with the sales team.
