The Associate Director of In-Stock Management will ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to enable our rapid growth, while maintaining target turn rates.  The ability to work collaboratively across teams will be an important enabler of success.  Due to the high visibility of this role, the Associate Director must also possess strong senior presence.  You will partner closely with the demand forecasting team to develop reliable product forecasts as well as our suppliers to ensure they are maximizing the growth opportunities and optimizing the supply chain strategy.  You will partner closely with the leadership teams across our sales channels to match demand with supply. And you will partner closely with our fulfillment services account team, a new and highly strategic team at Wayfair.  As Wayfair continues to grow at a rapid pace, managing inventory levels will play a vital role in ensuring we maintain our high growth trajectory.  This new team will be at the forefront of solving this potential problem and unlocking continued growth!

The ideal candidate has successful cross functional project management experience, and can balance analytical thinking with effective communication.  Interest in leading others and a vested interest in the team is a must. We welcome applications from high caliber professionals who are looking for the next chapter of their careers.
