As an Imager within Wayfair's merchandising team, your core role will be to prepare online product images to ensure that the key brands and items we carry appear in a design that is consistent with each brand's goals.
The tasks involved include managing the intake of proprietary imagery and it’s association to site, evaluating the work of imaging contractors, and communicating cross-functionally on projects statuses. In addition to photo studio imagery, the Imaging Project Coordinator will largely focus on 3D model QA. 3D Model development is a new and exciting initiative for Wayfair and requires a passion for design as well as the critical thinking needed with process improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally with the 3D imaging team to ensure quality in getting 3D images on site.
You need to have a proven track record and a passion for delivering great images. You must learn quickly, take direction well, contribute to team dynamics, and handle ambiguity, while being resourceful and self-directed. Candidates for this position should have fantastic attention to detail. They also must have the ability to manage multiple projects across all of Wayfair's sites.
