Manager, B2B Marketing
Wayfair is looking for a strategic, analytical leader to aggressively drive our customer acquisition strategy and execution for Wayfair’s B2B business. The B2B business is one of the fastest-growing business lines within Wayfair, and this person will be responsible for that continued growth. As such, this is an extremely visible role central to the success of the business.
The Manager will work across multiple parts of the company to execute on the growth vision he or she sets for the B2B marketing organization. This is a highly strategic role where you will build and develop new capabilities for Wayfair, drive and execute on an aggressive testing plan to drive rapid learnings, and overall partner across the organization to drive best practices.
Given the nature of this role, a qualified candidate must have strong quantitative and analytical skills. This role is a key e-commerce entry point for top-tier consultants, investment bankers, and others looking to enter into the e-commerce space in a high impact role with significant growth potential into a broader leadership position.
