Brand Integrated Marketing Associate


The Integrated Marketing Associate position on the Brand Marketing team will project manage several key initiatives relating to Wayfair’s partnership with Scripps Networks (HGTV, DIY Network, Cooking Channel, etc.). This role will execute several integrated marketing campaigns across the Wayfair Brands annually, from pre-production to post production and analysis. This associate will coordinate with both internal and external contacts to drive efficiencies and strong performance results. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting, results-focused individual with strong quantitative and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner across the organization with multiple departments (Wayfair Promotions, Category Management, Creative, Marketing) to build strong integrated marketing campaigns on HGTV and other networks
  • Manage external parties and deliverables to meet production schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain key supplier relationships for pre and post show integration airings
  • Analysis of performance data from integration events to ensure continued success
    • Leverage internal measurement tools for timely reporting of integration performance
    • Optimize towards key KPI’s as determined by stakeholders 
  • Execute administrative tasks as needed



  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing or quantitative role
  • Strong ability to blend creativity with analytical learnings
  • Able to exercise good judgment, solve problems and communicate with confidence
  • Strong negotiating background
  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive worker, positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
