Manual On-boarding Process Manager, Stockholm

iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The start-up with offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Sao Paulo, Mexico City and Stockholm (HQ) was founded in 2010 and is growing fast and currently has approximately 350 employees.

iZettle is looking for a talented Risk On-boarding process manager to join our On-boarding team in Stockholm. The On-boarding team is part of the Risk department and works closely with our Growth, Product, Sales and Development teams to optimize the way we on-board new users. We are constantly challenging ourselves to rethink our processes and decisions, in order to accept more users while still keeping the system safe and secure.

Ideal candidate has a business background with an analytical mind, is highly ambitious and natural problem solver. We are looking for an individual with strong social skills that can act as the main point of contact for various functions across the organization. The candidate should enjoy working in small teams as well as independently, handles multitasking and can communicate well.

You will join our small On-boarding team, and become a full member from day one. You will be expected to deliver real results early on. You will use your social and business skills to manage and distribute incoming requests, coordinate tasks and be in control of the end-to-end  customer registration process across our different markets. You will work both with ongoing tasks as well as research projects, which you will lead from idea phase until delivery. It is therefore important that you are driven and takes initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end view and control over the on-boarding process flow across markets
  • Continous review of manual on-boarding processes to identify improvement areas
  • Daily interactions with the members of our global team
  • Ad-hoc projects that range from presentations to designing and documenting processes.
  • Preparations of new markets/products including research and analysis



Requirements:

  • A university degree with proven excellent results in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar and at least 1 year of hands-on work experience
  • Smart, hard-working and fun-loving
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint/KeyNote, Word or similar
  • Strong social skills and creative mindset as well as project management skills

Extra plus for:

  • Extra-curricular activities (entrepreneurship, non-profits, student union, etc.)
  • Experience from a payment business, entrepreneurial experience, international background
  • Additional language skills
  • Knowledge of data mining tools such as SQL<span
