iZettle help small and medium sized businesses to grow by offering a payment platform and tools connected to their business. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 350 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Edinburgh, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).

We are looking for a Risk Support Agent who can contribute to our global risk as a customer contact person. You will be located in our office in London together with your small team. In your daily work you will be in close cooperation with our Global Risk Team based in Stockholm. As a customer risk support agent, you should expect to help identify and execute different risk and compliance projects.

Ideal candidates are highly ambitious and natural problem solvers with a personal track record that proves a passion for intense work and customer service. Integrity and the ability to question everything on a daily basis in a flat hierarchy organization is highly valued. Client-focused individuals that enjoys working in teams and enjoys multi-tasking and collaborating cross-teams.
