zeotap solves the problem of secure, privacy-compliant and scalable data monetization for companies that own large monopolistic data assets and distrust traditional commercialization mechanisms.

Starting with telecom data, zeotap has become the first company to on-board and commercialize telco data globally. Founded in September 2014, we run offices in Berlin, Bangalore, New York and Atlanta, and are backed by a number of renowned investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Your core responsibility is to grow our data provider client portfolio in the US
  • You manage a pipeline of prospects by sourcing new potential deals
  • You acquire and negotiate deals with new data providers
  • You are the main point of contact for these players. This will include delivering a full end-to-end service solution and ensuring optimum levels of customer service until closing
  • You provide market intelligence and understanding industry and market trends
  • You support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent zeotap at industry events locally and abroad.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling, negotiating with and onboarding data providers
  • Exposure and given relations to relevant data providers in the US
  • You are a “sales rockstar” with very strong communication & presentation skills
  • Very proactive and driven behavior –  within your existing scope and beyond, e.g. identifying areas for future growth
  • Very hands-on, you love “getting your hands dirty“
  • Strong commitment to beating sales targets, a positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
  • You are passionate about data and want to bring our business to the next level
