Our Vendor Management Team at Postmates oversees high-volume fulfillment processes executed by our vendor partners. Our goal is to maintain strong, effective partnerships with our vendors and ensure the continuity of our order fulfillment and data entry workflows to meet daily needs and strategic targets.
As a Vendor Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to maintain and provide insight into these day-to-day remote workflows.
Responds to real-time queries from Vendor Team Leads/Supervisors to support their workflows.
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Provides feedback to support and operations team leaders and managers.
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Screens caller behavior for potential fraud and submitting recommendations for coaching/termination.
Processes weekly invoicing as needed.
Provides support for emergent vendor projects and initiatives.
Two years of support center experience, preferably in a technical environment.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented with a relentless focus on metrics and goals
Highly collaborative and analytical
Proficient with Google Apps, MS Office, Slack, and CRM services (ZenDesk, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology; familiarity with on-demand technology desired.
BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
