About the role
Reserve is looking for a full-time position on the Customer Success team. The role is based in Chicago. Your focus will be account management for our restaurant customers in the Chicago market. You will be responsible for owning Reserve’s relationships with restaurants with a focus on helping our customers get the most out of Reserve’s products and helping to make them successful. You will be the primary point person for our restaurant partners starting after they’ve been onboarded and through the entire customer lifecycle.
You have excellent organizational skills and love to stay a step ahead. You are an excellent and empathetic communicator. You are a good manager, capable of working well with a team to understand client issues and develop appropriate responses/solutions. You’re capable of quickly building rapport and establishing trust. You display a willingness to make decisions in a timely fashion, exhibiting sound and accurate judgment, with an ability to support and explain reasoning for those decisions. You are capable of adjusting your account management and operations tactics to achieve desired results, then share those results with the organization. The right candidate has deep relationships in and understanding of the Chicago restaurant scene.
