The Sales Vendor Manager is responsible for designing, growing, and optimizing the sales vendor program at Stripe. Our vendor teams manage inbound inquiries from small businesses through to onboarding support for new users, leveraging email, chat and phone.
For the role of Vendor Sales Manager, Stripe is looking for an effective and experienced operations leader who has experience with sales operations in their career, who preferably has directly managed teams themselves, and who can also handle the pace and ambiguity of building a fast-growing operation from the ground up.
The aim of the sales vendor program is to build relationships with prospective small businesses, turn them into happy Stripe users and become a key driver of growth for the company. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, user operations, and product leaders across Stripe to help us continue growing quickly.
Define and execute our sales strategies for small businesses, effectively showcasing Stripe
Train, grow and develop our vendor sales teams across the globe
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Stripe to optimize the onboarding experience for new users
We're looking for someone with:

Experience in sales or managing sales teams directly.
