You’ll have the opportunity to roll your sleeves up and help with the design, roll out and iteration of programs which aim to enable this mission. In this role, you’ll work on everything from tracking and analyzing people data to organizing, preparing for and helping to run performance development cycles. You’ll be asked to develop new and more automated ways to run all processes, and will have an incredible opportunity to grow with a high-energy, mission-driven, and rapidly growing team.
