Who We Are Looking For

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Intelligence, the Technical Account Manager/Analyst will be integral in the success of our business focusing on our adding value to our partners via analytics. You will work alongside senior sales staff to understand the business needs of Agencies, DSP’s, DMP’s, and Trade Desks and provide data driven client insights and strategy calling upon your strong technical and analytical skills to execute. This role is unique in that the ideal candidate will have the both strong analytical and technical skills but also the interpersonal and relationship building skills to drive successful client relationships and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on exchange integration, configuration and reporting features
  • Analyze client data and generate reports / presentations to provide clients with sophisticated and actionable insights
  • Participate in preparing quarterly business reviews for all Index integration
  • Prepare, analyze, and conduct a monthly business review of all live integration
  • Provide ongoing, internal KPIs for all key buyers (both integrated and indirect)
  • Quarterly assessments of platform growth, multi-channel adoption (display, mobile, video), and geography
  • Create and pitch clear, concise, detail oriented integration proposals based on client requirements
  • Liaise with engineering, ad operations and sales team resources via on-site and teleconferences as required
  • Make technical assessments of on page setup observing network activity and investigating HTML/JavaScript
  • Utilize quality assurance procedures and methodologies where applicable
  • Recommend standards for the development of improved workflow procedures to streamline go to market operations
  • Maintain product documentation as improvements are released to exchange solutions

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative discipline
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mind and interest in interpreting data
  • Business-oriented; ability to interpret scope/requirements documentation and understand the technical implementation of same requirements set
  • Strong comfort level investigating website issues including Javascript, HTML and browser-networking
  • Strong command of Open RTB Protocol and best practices
  • Experience working on the demand-side for an exchange utilizing strong analytical abilities
  • Deep understanding of product integrations and optimizations
  • Experience in quantitative roles focusing on data analysis, interpretation, research, and insights
  • Ability to multitask and meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for defining new processes
  • Ability to find and apply both syndicated and internal data & research to uncover opportunities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
