ROLE DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

As the first dedicated Recruiting Coordinator at Everwise and face of the company, you’ll report to the Director of Recruiting and work closely with the other recruiters and all hiring managers across the company.  As our recruiting coordinator, you will have the opportunity to drive a premier candidate experience, drive process improvements and add value to the talent acquisition function overall by promoting Everwise culture and managing team-wide projects.  If you are a highly organized individual with impeccable attention to detail, keep reading as this role is for you!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage all prospective candidates in the internal recruiting CRM (Greenhouse)
  • Screen inbound applicant resumes and generate effective outbound
  • Source! Utilize LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases to increase candidate pipeline quantity and quality
  • Create, execute and optimize engaging outbound candidate campaigns and strategies that yields results
  • Support the recruiting team to ensure an ideal handoff of qualified prospects
  • Educate potential candidates about company culture, values, and career opportunities
  • Prepare and analyze candidate pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Analyze functions and make suggestions, recommendations, and/or changes when appropriate to increase effectiveness and productivity
  • Coordinate meetings with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure we have the most effective process and job requisition
  • Other projects as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree is required
  • 1-2 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting or sourcing required
  • Experience in start-up recruiting and/ or sourcing is an added bonus
  • Must be proficient in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems is another added bonus
  • A self-directed problem solver who loves to take initiative and get things done
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgement
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
  • A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of Everwise
